Cayote' Warranty

Cayote’ Inc. warrants PROPBAG or PROPCOVER to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for (1) year from the date of purchase by the original purchaser-owner.

Cayote’ Inc. will at its discretion, repair or replace a defective PROPBAG or PROPCOVER upon the return of the defective item to Cayote’ Inc. This “Limited Warranty” extends for a period of (1) year from the date of initial purchase of the item. This “Limited Warranty” is made to the original purchaser only, of the PROPBAG or PROPCOVER, and a copy of the original receipt must be submitted with the return of the defective item to Cayote’ Inc. PROPBAG or PROPCOVER is not warranted for fitness of use for any purpose other than the ordinary use for which intended. There are no other warranties expressed or implied, beyond those expressly contained herein. Any implied warranty shall not last beyond the period of this warranty; some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This “Limited Warranty” specifically excludes any claim for direct, incidental or consequential damages, and does not apply to normal wear and tear, misuse or neglect of the product, or as a result of unauthorized repairs, and does not cover color fading. Liability for breach of warranty shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the products. This “Limited Warranty” gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This “Limited Warranty” extends only to the original purchaser-owner (or, in the case of a gift by the original purchaser-owner, to the recipient of the gift).
